Shipping policy

All items are guaranteed to ship next business day Monday–Saturday after receiving payment for an order. (*Note: In the event we are away for a period of time and will have shipping delays you will be notified and we will have alerts on site about it for you to know beforehand). We are not responsible for damaged goods during shipment.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds on any items that have been shipped with updated tracking information. Items may have minor flaws or imperfections given age. All sales are final based off the description and photographs of the item(s) provided. Exchanges and/or credit may be considered under special circumstances in which we are at fault (improper shipment, description, etc.). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In any such instance, please contact santasecondhands@gmail.com with details of your case and we will followup to find a resolution.
