Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds on any items that have been shipped. We are not responsible once items are handed over to USPS for shipment. Please note vintage items may have minor flaws or imperfections given age. All sales are final based on the description and photographs of the item(s) provided. Exchanges and/or credit may be considered under special circumstances in which we are at fault (improper shipment, description, etc.). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In any such instance, please contact santasecondhands@gmail.com or our Instagram with details of your case and we will followup to find a resolution.
